• Exchange: You have the option to exchange the item within 7 days of receiving it. We offer a 100% free exchange or replacement if the product is defective, damaged, or does not match our size chart. However, if the product is undamaged and matches our size chart, a small shipping fee will be charged for the exchange. • Return and Refund: You have the option to return the product(s) within 7 days of delivery. For prepaid orders without any promotional/coupon code, we will refund the product value after deducting the shipping fee. RETURN & EXCHANGE

• We offer 7 days hassle-free returns & exchange from the date of delivery and a further 5-7 days for the returned product(s) to reach us. We also offer reverse pick-up services. A reverse shipment fee of Rs 100 will be deducted at the time of refund per order, regardless of the number of items within that order.
