- Prepaid Orders: A minimal fee of 51/- Rs only is applicable on all orders and also, we provide complimentary 05% Discount for each and every orders on base price or Full Price. With prepaid orders, we can ensure faster deliveries and seamless return/exchange processes. Additionally, we support the #Digital India initiative and aim to overcome the challenges of logistic services in India. We encourage our customers to make online payments to help us maintain our affordable pricing. ❤
- COD Orders: As a small team dedicated to making fashion affordable and sustainable, we charge an additional nominal fee of Shipping + COD ₹51 + ₹49 is applicable for COD orders on below 799/- Rs and 160/- Rs on above 799/- Rs to cover the costs associated with returns, refunds, and exchanges.
- Dispatch Time: All orders are dispatched within 24 to 72 business hours.
- Delivery Time: Typically, the delivery period ranges from 5 to 9 business days based on your location or pin code. Please be aware that public holidays, Saturdays, and Sundays are not counted as business days.
- Exchange: You have the option to exchange the item within 7 days of receiving it. We offer a 100% free exchange or replacement if the product is defective, damaged, or does not match our size chart. However, if the product is undamaged and matches our size chart, a small shipping fee will be charged for the exchange. We recommend referring to our size chart for the best fit or contacting our customer care team for assistance.
- Return and Refund: You have the option to return the product(s) within 7 days of delivery. For prepaid orders without any promotional/coupon code, we will refund the product value after deducting the shipping fee. Cash on Delivery orders that have been successfully delivered will only be refunded as Store Credits.
