Yes, we are making the products so affordable and we do not include anything upfront. So some minimal
additional charges are applicable on exchange and so we do recommend checking the size chart thoroughly so you do not end up having a sad feeling.
Visit the returns section on the website to raise the return/ exchange request for your order.
Please note, the exchange/ return request has to be raised within 7 days of delivery date. Reverse pickup will be coordinated within 2-4 business days by our courier partner. Once we receive the product and QC is done, the refund/ replacement will be processed within 72 business hours.
The order usually takes 5-10 working days to reach any metro and tier 1 cities. However, it might take additional time for some pin codes. In case of delay, please write to us at beoriunid1@gmail.com
A confirmation e-mail and SMS will be sent to the registered email ID and phone number respectively. Besides, you will be notified once the order is dispatched from our warehouse.

Prepaid Orders: A minimal fee of 51/- Rs only is applicable on all orders and also, we provide complimentary 10% Discount for each and every orders on base price. With prepaid orders, we can ensure faster deliveries and seamless return/exchange processes. COD Orders: As a small team dedicated to making fashion affordable and sustainable, we charge an additional nominal fee of Shipping + COD ₹100 is applicable for COD orders to cover the costs associated with returns, refunds, and exchanges.
At the moment, we are not delivering outside India. However, you can place order from anywhere in the world as long as the shipping address is within India.
While placing the order you will find an option for Size Chart on the product page which includes detailed information on sizes and fit. Please do not select random and usual sizes that you wear from other brands. You may click on the same and find your perfect size.
In most cases, the payment gets credited back to your account automatically within 3-5 business days. In case it does not, please mail us the details of your transaction, registered email and contact at beoriunid1@gmail.com. We will verify and get back to you at the earliest

As per the recent update in courier companies’ policies throughout India, you are required to inform us within maximum 48 hours if your package isn't delivered but shows delivered in
the tracking for us to help you with the same. The courier company is not accepting any complaints post 48 hours marked delivery, and we will not be liable if there is a delay in informing from your end.
REFUND & RETURN
To cancel an order, please email beoriunid1@gmail.com within 6-12 hours of placing the order. In-case the order is cancelled post shipping, a charge of INR.100 will be deducted from refund value.

We try our best to deliver the best quality checked products but in case of any unfortunate event of delivery of a damaged or defective product, please write at beoriunid1@gmail.comwithin 24 hours of delivery. We request you to share the image of the product within 24 hours of receiving it. In-case you fail to intimate about the same, return might not be processed.
We try our best to deliver the right products within time, however in a few rare cases if you receive a different/ wrong product, please share the image of the product delivered along with the order number with us at beoriunid1@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery so that we can coordinate a replacement for it.
The replacement will be processed within 48 business hours once the shipment returned is received and QC is done. It may further take 5-7 business days to be delivered to you post shipping.
Except Cap, Accessories and any customized product, all our products are returnable.

In case of orders placed with discount is returned, the amount paid will be refunded only as store credits.
For prepaid orders, the mode of refund depends on your choice while placing the return. It can be processed to original payment source or to the BE ORIUNI Wallet.
Once the product(s) reaches our warehouse and passes QC, a coupon code worth the product value will be sent to your registered email which can be used in under 30 days from the issuance of the coupon code.
